Custom injection molded plastic parts and the tooling behind them. We design and build prototype, bridge and production molds (you own the mold), then run tight-tolerance parts in ABS, PC, POM/acetal, PA nylon, PEEK, PPS, PEI, PP, TPE and silicone, including insert molding and overmolding. A typical prototype or production mold takes 15–30 days depending on complexity and cavities.
