Aluminum Machining

Aluminum Machining

Aluminum alloy CNC parts and aluminum plate machining — 6061, 7075, 6063, 5052 and more, with anodizing.

Overview

Overview

Aluminum is the most requested CNC material — light, strong, thermally conductive and easy to anodize. We machine aluminum alloy CNC parts, housings, plates, heat sinks, brackets and robot components.

Our aluminum plate CNC machining covers the full range of plate and sheet grades — 6061/7075/2024 for strength, 6063/6082 for extrusion and profile, 5052/5083 for sheet and welding, and precision cast tooling plate — with aluminum CNC milling and multi-color anodizing.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

6061 vs 7075 — which do I need?

6061 is the versatile general-purpose alloy; 7075 is much stronger for highly loaded parts in robotics and aerospace but is less corrosion-friendly.

What aluminum grades do you stock?

We regularly machine 6061, 6063, 6082, 7075, 7050, 2024, 5052, 5083, 3003 and cast tooling plate.

Can you anodize aluminum parts?

Yes. We offer standard and hard anodizing in many colors, plus chromate, brushing, polishing and powder coating.

Can you machine large aluminum plates?

Yes. We machine plate up to the machine envelope with good flatness and parallelism.
