Engineering Plastics Machining
PEEK, PPS, PEI, nylon, POM, PTFE and more — custom precision plastic machined parts and insulation components.
Overview
Engineering plastics combine light weight, electrical insulation, wear and chemical resistance. We produce custom plastic CNC parts and insulation components for electronics, medical, automation and industrial equipment.
Our plastic CNC machining covers PEEK CNC machining, PPS, PEI, PAI and PSU for high-temperature use, nylon CNC machining and POM for wear and gears, plus PTFE, PET, PC and UHMW-PE, with stress-relieved, dimensionally stable results.

Capabilities
High-temperature plastics
PEEK, PPS, PEI, PAI and PI with controlled thermal expansion.
Wear parts & gears
POM (Delrin), nylon, PET and UHMW-PE gears, bearings and guides.
Insulation parts
Custom insulating plates, spacers, boards and electrical insulation.
Clear / optical
PC, PMMA and clear PSU covers and sight glasses.
Machined & molded
CNC plastic parts or injection molding for higher volume.
Stress-controlled
Annealing and fixturing to keep plastic parts dimensionally stable.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best high-temperature plastic?
PEEK is the standard for up to about 250°C with strength and chemical resistance; PEI (Ultem) is a cost-effective insulator; PAI and PI push higher.
Do you machine PEEK and other polymers?
Yes. We machine PEEK, PPS, PEI, PAI, PSU, POM, nylon, PTFE, PET, PC and more from plate, rod or tube.
How do you prevent plastic parts warping?
We use stress-relieved and annealed material, sharp tools, appropriate coolant and fixturing, and staged machining.
CNC vs injection molding for plastic parts?
CNC for prototypes and low volume with no tooling; injection molding for higher volumes where a mold is justified.
