CNC Turning

High-precision CNC turning and lathe services for shafts, bushings, fittings and rotational parts in metal and engineering plastics.

Overview

Overview

Our CNC turning services run on CNC lathes and turn-mill centers to produce precise rotational components — shafts, sleeves, bushings, pins, nuts, threaded fittings and spacers — with fine surface finishes.

Live-tool and sub-spindle capability lets us complete cross-holes, flats and milled features in one setup, delivering stainless steel CNC turning parts, brass and copper turned parts, and aluminum and engineering-plastic turned components without secondary handling.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

What diameter can you turn?

Bar-fed parts up to about Ø65 mm and chucked parts up to Ø400 mm, with lengths up to 700 mm.

Can you add milled flats or holes to turned parts?

Yes. Live-tool and turn-mill machines complete flats, cross-holes and keyways in one setup.

Can you turn engineering plastics?

Yes. We turn PEEK, nylon, POM, PTFE and other polymers with chip control and stress management.

What surface finish is typical?

Ra 0.4–1.6 µm depending on material; polished or ground finishes are available.
