Stainless Steel Machining

Stainless Steel Machining

304/316 stainless precision machined parts — shafts, flanges, fittings and medical components with polishing and passivation.

Overview

Overview

Stainless steel offers corrosion resistance, strength and an attractive finish. Our stainless steel CNC machining produces precision shafts, flanges, valve bodies, fittings, fasteners and medical components.

We commonly machine 304/316 (and L grades), free-machining 303, precipitation-hardened 17-4 PH and 440C, with mirror polishing, brushing, passivation and stainless steel CNC turning parts to ±0.01 mm.

Frequently asked questions

Frequently asked questions

Which stainless grade should I choose?

304 for general use, 316/L for marine or chemical corrosion, 303 for easy machining, and 17-4 PH or 440C where strength and hardness are needed.

Can you polish stainless parts?

Yes. We provide mirror polishing, brushing, bead blasting and electropolishing, plus passivation.

Do you hold tight tolerances?

Yes. We routinely machine to ±0.01 mm on critical features and verify with CMM.

Do you supply medical-grade stainless?

Yes. We machine 304/316 with the finishes and traceability suited to medical and food contact.
