CNC Milling
Precision CNC milling services for custom prismatic parts, housings, plates and heat sinks across metal and engineering plastics.
Overview
Our CNC machining services center on high-precision vertical and horizontal milling. We produce custom CNC machined components — housings, mounting plates, brackets, manifolds, heat sinks and fixtures — from solid billet, plate or extrusions.
From rapid prototype machining to low-volume and contract machining services, every CNC part is machined to your drawing with controlled feeds, fixturing and inspection, and can be supplied with anodizing, powder coating or other CNC parts surface finishing.

Frequently asked questions
What tolerance can you hold in CNC milling?
Standard tolerances are ±0.05 mm; on precision features we routinely hold ±0.01 mm, depending on material and geometry.
What is the minimum order quantity?
There is no MOQ — we accept one-off prototypes and small batches as well as production volumes.
Do you support anodizing and other finishes?
Yes. Aluminum parts can be anodized in many colors, and we offer plating, powder coating, polishing and bead blasting.
How fast can I get parts?
Simple prototypes in as fast as 3–7 days; standard lead time is 7–15 days, with expedited service on request.
