Our custom plastic injection molding service takes products from mold design to finished parts. We make plastic molds and run precision injection molding for housings, covers, gears, connectors and insulation components.

Frequently asked questions
Do you make the mold in-house?
Yes. We design and build the mold, including DFM and mold-flow analysis, and own the follow-up molding and maintenance.
Can you mold high-temperature plastics like PEEK?
Yes. We run PEEK, PPS, PEI and other high-temperature engineering polymers with heated-tool systems.
Who owns the mold?
You own the mold. We store and maintain it during production and return it on request.
Can you do low-volume or prototype molding?
Yes. We offer prototype/soft tooling and low-volume runs, with fast turnaround.
